MODS FOR SAINTS ROW 3 HOW TO
The last mission is extremely careful, as killing Cyrus Temple is basically impossible for players who don’t know how to use the environment to their advantage. The mod’s author managed to complete the game with 0% death, but he states himself that he was using tactics throughout its entirety. It makes the Player the same as an NPC in many regards (you get the same amount of damage as an NPC for instance), so you have to be extremely careful and plan everything out. This patch is recommended for experienced players only.
Do note that this patch might make the game less fun for some players as it makes it incredibly hard and realistic. This patch was developed to make the game more realistic and fix some inherent bugs that were shipped out when it was launched.

MODS FOR SAINTS ROW 3 INSTALL
If you do know how to mod you can make it work, but otherwise just install this mod and enjoy the game if you’re new to the modding scene.
NOTE: This is supposed to be an overhaul mod so you shouldn’t have any other mods in your directory already. You can also zoom in when entering cars by pressing RS (click the right stick).
You can toggle the HUD by pressing ‘9 + semicolon’. It’s strictly a coding thing and there’s no way to get around it.Īnother tip is to turn off the HUD as the game is much more immersive without it in first-person view. If you don’t want your body clipping in first person (your character’s edges going through walls and textures), you’ll have to remove all clothes including the shoes and the underwear. The only caveat is that you have to run it with DirectX 9 to have it working properly, otherwise the HD graphics won’t have any effect. It also includes increased blood to make the game more ‘visual’ and adds female officers. This mod includes but isn’t limited to a first-person camera (that’s optional), a sandbox to play in, SweetFX, a HD Texture pack for amazing graphics, a Realism Damage mod for more life-like behaviour, and improved Weapon Textures. It’s arguably one of the most complete Saints Row 3 mods that overhauls the game and changes the way you look at it. There is also a few other game tweaks, so be sure to check out their page.If you want to download just one mod and one mod only, this is it. Also, in case you need more meat-bags to test your arsenal on, this mod puts STAG patrols surrounding your headquarters again. Examples of this are the STAG aircraft carrier Thermopylae and the floating STAG base Daedalus, both of which are put back into the game with this Endgame mod. When you finish Saints Row: The Third, several of the interesting parts of the city are removed as you resolve missions. Check the video below if you want to see it in action, it's a blast.ĭaedalus, Thermopylae and Stag in Endgame Mod What you're left with, well, is not much - as the weapon causes unprecedented mayhem. Taking the Cyber Buster as a base (which by the way, looks suspiciously like a Mega Man blaster) the mod replaces the standard zapping attack with the power of the VTOL weaponry. If what you seek is complete power to cause utter devastation among the city populous, look no further then the Eradicator v1.0. This includes the Riot Shield, Brute Minigun, Brute Incinerator, Luchadore Grenade Launcher and my personal favorite, the Shock Hammer. A fan of the temporary weapons of Saints Row: The Third, I was happy to see Snipe fix that issue with Permanent-Temporary Weapons Unlock Mod which unlocks all the weapons you couldn't previously buy from your friendly neighborhood gun store. Nothing makes me sadder than getting an in-game toy and finding it swiftly taken away after a mission.
